Pricing depends too many factors to give a one size fits all. Ultimately we need to know the size of the area, type of material, accessibility & whether there are special features around the building or house to navigate – arches, eaves, peaks, etc. Generally a full residential house cleaning will range from $750 upward, while commercial buildings can be significantly more.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and the areas to be cleaned, many customers are not home during service. We’ll send a courtesy call when we’re 30 minutes away.
